    Do you have any flowers for children? top

    No, we don't. Belle Blossoms are only intended for use by adults. We sometimes use authentic vintage elements or other things that could contain metals that could be harmful to children. Belle Blossoms have not undergone the testing required for children's products, therefore they are not intended for use by children under 14 years of age.

    Just as no two flowers are exactly the same in nature, no two Belle Blossoms are exactly the same either. We strive to keep our products as close as we possibly can to the photos and descriptions, but our products are handmade as they are ordered and sometimes they are slightly different though equally beautiful. Another thing to keep in mind is that computer moniters can vary and can make colors look slightly different.

    Will Paying for Priority Mail Make My Order Ship Quicker? top

    Not necessarily. When you choose Priority Mail, you are paying for the shipping service provided by the US Postal service that gets your package to you within 2-4 days of the package being shipped. It does NOT move your order to Priority status here. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know in the comments section or email the Heather the owner directly at info@belleblossoms.com and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

    How long will it take for my order to ship? top

    Please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship, most of the time orders ship before that but sometimes it may take that long depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. Keep in mind that each clip is personally made for you when you place your order. Sometimes we get large orders or a lot of orders and we get behind a little. We hope the personal attention we give to every detail of your clips will make up for any delay in shipping you may experience. This being said, if you have a special occasion that you need your blossom for, please let me know when you place your order, and I will put a rush on it.
     
    We ship using USPS First Class and it usually takes 2-3 business days to receive a package after it's been shipped. International orders can take up to 3 weeks to receive after it has been shipped (usually it doesn't take that long, but sometimes it does, and sometimes it takes even longer and this is beyond our control...unfortunately).

    There is now an option to upgrade to Priority Shipping for orders within the USA but this will not put you higher on the list of orders. You must let us know if you need your items by a certain date in the comments field for us to put your order ahead. Priority shipping is only for the way we send it to you after it is made.
     
    We can send your package with Next Day Delivery. This is only available in the USA. The charge for this around $40 for shipping and a $20 rush fee here. If you need this please let us know and we will arrange that for you info@belleblossoms.com. Next day delivery is Monday-Friday. 

    Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your package is returned to us and we have to resend because of incorrect shipping information or because it was not collected by you, you will have to pay for shipping again.

    Why does the picture show the flower with/without a leaf and mine came without/with a leaf? top

    Most of our flowers do come with leaves even if they may not be pictured with leaves. I think this adds to the natural look of Belle Blossoms. I make each and every flower clip as they are ordered. Even though a flower looks the same, the petals may lay slightly different or there may be some other slight diffference. Sometimes I feel that your flower would look better either with or without a leaf. Since each blossom is made to order I make them how I feel that that particular blossom will look the best. If you prefer you blossom with or without the leaf just let me know when you check out.

    I am looking for a certain flower and can't find it, can you make it? top

    If you don't see what you are looking for please let us know and we will do everything we can to get it.

    We are happy to do custom orders. If you have something special in mind just let us know and we will create it for you. 

    Can I wash my Belle Blossoms? top

    Some items may be able to be washed...the sturdier items. If you choose to wash them, please only do so by hand with cold water, mild soap, and air dry.
     
    Please note that many of our blossoms are highly pigmented and are not colorfast the color may bleed especially when getting wet.

    Do you accept returns or exchanges? top

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
    Please read the item descriptions carefully before you order so you can be sure of what you are ordering and please feel free to contact us with any questions before ordering.
     
    If we have made a mistake with your order or there is a problem with your order we definitely will make it right! We do everything we can to make sure that you are happy with your order! One thing we pride ourselves on is excellent customer service!

    Do you ship internationally? top

    We sure do. We are happy to say that Belle Blossoms are being worn by 'Dolls' all over the world. We have shipped everywhere! We ship using USPS International First Class and at affordable rates too.

    What if a product is out of stock? top

    We do our best to make sure that all items on our website are in stock. However sometimes due to high demand of a particular item, it may become out of stock before we have a chance to update our site. If the product is still available it will be backordered and will be shipped separately. If the product is no longer in stock we will contact you and you can either get a refund or exchange it for another item.

    Do you charge sales tax? top

    Only if your item is being shipped to Missouri. Then a 6.975% sales tax will be applied to your order.

    Can I pay by e-check on Paypal? top

    Yes, you can pay with an e-check. Your check will have to clear before your order is sent though. Paypal sends notification to us and also to you to let you know when your check clears.
